Versatile gluten free and sugar free cake mix

This free-from versatile cake mix helps you make your favourite cakes without sugar or flour. Using our mix as a base, it’s simple to make cakes for everyone to enjoy without any guilt. The mix contains almond flour and Fibre Fine instead of wheat flour, and we have replaced the sugar with Sukrin. The result is a delicious and tasty cake that’s big in flavour but small on the ingredients you want to avoid!

You can create a variety of delicious, moist cakes from one easy mix. Use it as it is, or as a base to make your own creation. Why not try carrot cake, apple cake, lemon drizzle cake or chocolate cake? The mix is simple to use and provides a gorgeously rich-tasting cake.

Low fat Almond flour-Fibre Fine (resistant starch from corn)- potato starch- erythritol- fibre (chicory- psyllium)pea protein- raising agent (bicarbonate- disodium phosphate) salt- emulsifier (mono and di-glicerides) aroma- acidity regulator (citric acid)- sweetener:sucralose

Preheat oven to 175 oC.
Mix 4 large eggs- 200 ml water and 100 ml oil together. Add the cake mix and whisk until you get a smooth batter.
Add your flavouring of choice, then pour into a greased and lined round cake tin 9-10 inch (24 cm)- or other tin of your choice.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 min.
One packet makes a 800 g cake and serves approximately 10 people..
