Sukrin Icing is a natural product with no additives- based on the polyol erythritol. Erythritol occurs naturally in pears- melons and mushrooms. Sukrin is produced by a natural fermentation process. The erythritol is ground to a fine consistency- and a small amount of steviol glycosides is added to make Sukrin Icing as sweet as sugar.
