Sweeteners erythritol (Sukrin) and xylitol- corn starch- pea protein- Fibre Fine (natural resistant starch from corn)- sesame flour- fibre (chicory- pea fibre- psyllium)- potato starch- leavening agent (bicarbonate- disodium phosphate)- salt- stabilizer (carrageenan)- emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides)- aroma- acidity regulator (citric acid).
Preheat oven to 175 oC. Mix 4 eggs- 150 ml water and 100 ml oil together. Add the baking mix and whisk until you get a smooth batter. Add your flavouring of choice- then pour into a greased and lined round cake tin 9-10 inch (24 cm)- or other tin of your choice. Bake for approx. 35 min. Cupcakes: approx. 20 min. One packet makes a 760 g cake and serves approximately 10 people.
